Office Reconfiguration

Office Reconfiguration

American Campus Communities has grown exponentially in the past five years, leaving corporate office employees struggling to find space for more and more desks. In lieu of moving offices, it was decided to downsize existing cubicles to make room for more people. To ease the blow of loosing a significant desk space, employees were given the option to change to a standing-desk option, a varidesk option, or keep a sitting desk but receive a desk organization piece.

After the reconfiguration was completed, the Culture Committee put on a cube decorating contest to boost morale and give an already highly competitive company a chance to flex their TLC muscles.
