In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. II. Accuracy of Information
This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, or its connecting social media, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
This site is not liable for any results in the use of this site including, but not limited to, videos, slideshows, music, recipes, allergic reactions, and over-drafting your bank account.
III. Intellectual Property Infringement
Here's the thing, if I use something that isn't mine, I do my very best to give credit to the original owner. In shopping compilation posts which include images from other websites, the image will click-through to the original page. In free-downloadable graphic posts, if I use graphics that I have not personally made, I will credit the artist below with a link to where I bought/downloaded the graphics. Honestly, 99% of the graphics I use, if they're not my own, we're bought and/or downloaded from Creative Market. If you are the Creative Market artist and I have not adequately credited you in the post, please email me at info@jennuh.com with a screenshot of the post and any information/links you'd like me to include and I will update the post within 24-hours.

IV. Advertisements
If a post is sponsored by a third-party company or site, "sponsored" will be in the tags of the post. I will always disclose if I am being paid to post about a product or event. While at this point unlikely, there is the possibility that I am being compensated for endorsements, but that I still take my reputation and credibility very seriously and only endorse products that I have personally tried and/or researched. On occasion, I'll be sent complimentary products to review. If this happens, I will tag the post as "sponsored" and will add a disclaimer at the bottom of the post. If at any time you feel mislead by a post or review, please feel free to contact me via email and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
